I'm a Product Engineer. I do my best work at the intersection of product, design, and engineering, turning ambiguous requirements into products that ship.

Over the past six years, I worked primarily as a Frontend Engineer, while also stepping in when product requirements or UX needed more definition: helping product managers identify gaps and clarify requirements, and defining interactions, UI states, and edge cases not covered by the designs.

My experience falls mainly into two categories. The first is complex, frontend-intensive products: MetaMask-like, local-first self-custodial hot wallets, where keys, accounts, and asset management live in the app without relying on centralized services; a website optimization platform with heatmaps, visual editing, and A/B testing; and enterprise SaaS products with complex workflows and data visualization.

The second is consumer-facing onchain applications. These include lending and AMM DEX frontends built from scratch around the protocol models of Aave and Uniswap V3, as well as order-book DEXs, IDOs, staking and governance applications, cross-chain bridges, and domain name services.

If you think of a product's journey from idea to maturity as 0 to 100, I'm not someone who can originate a brilliant idea and take it from 0 to 1. Nor do I have the depth to polish a product from 90 to 100. What I am very good at is taking a product from 1 to 90.

In Boris Cherny's five work archetypes for the AI era, I map most closely to Builder, Prototyper, and Sweeper. Grower and Maintainer represent only a small part of the work I've done or want to do.

After six design rounds, its hierarchy, visual focus, UX, and implementation still missed users' core concerns. The TL and PM said my recommendations closely matched investor feedback. With launch imminent, I took over the rebuild and rewrote 20,000+ lines of UI while restructuring the core UX in one weekend.

MegaWallet

A MetaMask-like, local-first self-custodial hot wallet: keys, accounts, and asset management live in the app without relying on centralized services.

After 217 days and 836 commits of shifting React Native, Electron, and Solana scope, I avoided a rewrite. I began at the independently testable Provider / RPC boundary, then rebuilt host infrastructure, DApp permissions, Electron process authority, and chain-kit. Before the project stopped, platform, chain, state, permission, keys, and UI had clear owners.

Frontend Engineer

Since joining Conflux, I independently delivered nearly all of its DApps or led them while carrying most of the implementation. The frontend team went through a collective departure to start a company, leaving me to take charge at a critical moment and lead two newly hired engineers with no Web3 experience. I built BIM Wallet from zero despite having no prior wallet-development experience myself and little reusable reference from the existing extension wallet, which was written in ClojureScript, a Lisp dialect.
