Users can engage with different apps, complete qualifying interactions under each app's rules to earn seasonal points, and participate in the distribution of USDM rewards based on their final ranking at the end of the season.

Flux is MegaETH's official staking portal, rewarding users as KPIs and milestones are met. After six design rounds, its hierarchy, visual focus, UX, and implementation still missed users' core concerns. The TL and PM said my recommendations closely matched investor feedback. With launch imminent, I took over the rebuild and rewrote 20,000+ lines of UI while restructuring the core UX in one weekend.

MegaWallet

• Incremental refactoring

A MetaMask-like, local-first self-custodial hot wallet: keys, accounts, and asset management live in the app without relying on centralized services.

After 217 days and 836 commits of shifting React Native, Electron, and Solana scope, I avoided a rewrite. I began at the independently testable Provider / RPC boundary, then rebuilt host infrastructure, DApp permissions, Electron process authority, and chain-kit. Before the project stopped, platform, chain, state, permission, keys, and UI had clear owners.
